Agent Name on Roster Page

http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/30347

This script will pull the agent name and put it on the roster page next to a player's name. Useful for GMs managing contracts and for players deciding on a team.
Serenity

Doesn't seem to work for teams not owned/gm'd
pabst

Just an FYI randombeast, it's because if you don't own a team the player name class is just player_name, not player_name_short
RandomBeast

I'll look into a fix - I just tested it on ones that I GM, obv.
RandomBeast

OK, script is updated and will work on GM/owner teams as well as others.

Also made it link-activated, so it won't load by default every time. This saves the big server hit for only those times when you need it.

Doesn't seem to work for me at all...could their be a conflict with the Roster Summary script?
RandomBeast

I use both with no problems. Are you clicking the link at the top of the page?
diamok

Ahh...light shines on marble head.  lol  Thanks bro.

Beast just had a quick look at the script and it seems to load the agents names every time?

As player's agents don't change would it would be an idea to use the GM_get/setValues to store the agents on the first hit and then cache them, then you'll only load the page once to get the name, not 40 times per visit to the roster?
RandomBeast

hmm...yeah, might be able to do something to improve performance like that. I'll look into it.

I like this script a lot RB. Any chance that the agent names could also be links to the agent user id page rather than just text?

It doesn't work for me either.  Same Firefox version.

Is there anyway to make it so that the agent name is a link to the agents page?
RandomBeast

You need to click the link at the top to show the agent names due to the page load required. I'll look into making it link to the agent page.
RandomBeast

Updated this script to make the agent names link to the agent profile page. At some point I will look into caching the values instead of retrieving them every time.
