Player Build SummaryFirst off, thanks to everyone for all the work on these scripts - they are great
I had an idea about summarizing the total points of player builds. Here is a screenshot with an edit to show what I am thinking:

Essentially summing the total of a player's attributes and summing the total of a player's special abilities. This would just give you a quick baseline on a build and help you quickly evaluate if a player was utilizing equipment. Since most builds are not open I see this providing the most help to a GM/Owner when looking through his players.
The data is passed through in the HTML so there shouldn't be a need to grab anything from another page. I guess the only potentially complicated thing would be that all player builds are not available to see so the script would only work at certain times and every position has different special skills. If this isn't really feasible, no biggie and I don't want anyone to waste too much time on it because the value of the script wouldn't be huge... just more of an interesting to have type of thing
Thanks!

This is a great idea! Also, if there was a way to generate all the players skills from a team onto one page so you could copy and paste it into excel with one click.

That would require loading the player page of everyone on the team which is more network traffic than I'm willing to use up.

Thanks pabst! Haven't checked back into this thread in a week or so and was pleasantly surprised!
You are also going to force me to upgrade to FF3

I can't use Firefox 3 because I have a Mac with OSX.3. It is so good that I've never really needed to upgrade. There are nice new features in the others, but I'm cheap. Stinks for me, now I can't get the new Firefox.

They list a version for OSX. Is it the wrong architecture or something?

Yeah it requires OSX.4 I have OSX.3. I think they have OSX.5 as the current one so I'm a little behind, but I think OSX.4 only came out like 3 years ago. Still it was 3 years though.
